Extra fluffy eggs for a crowd! Way easier and tastier than scrambling a ton of eggs for a group. Also, you can half it, use an 8x8 pan, and reheat leftovers in the oven in parchment! -preheat your oven to 350. Use a big 9x13 pan and put in 1/3 cup butter. Once your oven is heated up, put the pan with the butter in the oven to melt the butter. -Meanwhile, whisk up 16 eggs, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper, 2 1/2 cups half and half, and 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese which is optional. -Once the butter is melted, take the hot pan out of the oven, swirl the butter around to make sure it’s covering the pan, and pour in the egg mixture. -Bake on the lowest rack of the oven uncovered for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, remove the pan from the oven and stir the eggs. They will be starting to cook just around the sides of the pan. -Return to the oven and cook an additional 15 to 20 minutes until the eggs are set. Be careful not to over cook them, they will keep cooking a bit after you take them out of the oven. -Serve immediately!!
Brit's Fancy Party Crackers! Addictive little salty snacks that require no baking! -Whisk oil and spices: 1/2 cup veggie oil, 1/4 tsp lemon pepper, 1/4 tsp dill, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 packet hidden valley ranch packet - Let the oil/herb mixture sit for an hour then mix in 1 pack of 11 oz oyster crackers -Place around in small dishes for your guests!
